Appointments may be booked in advance with one of our lawyers to see a client at the hospital or nursing home, or at home for clients who are not mobile.

Our
office practises mainly in two areas, Wills & Estates and Real Estate
law.
We help clients buy and sell Saskatchewan Real Estate. If you want to buy or sell a house, buy or sell the farm, or transfer land, we can help you! Are you a farmer, or involved in farming, or business? Do you need a mortgage prepared? We do residential, commercial and farm sales. We prepare Offers to Purchase or Agreements for Sale, residential, commercial or farm leases, mortgages, transfers, including transfers into joint names, caveats and builders liens. If you need a real estate lawyer call us! Forty per cent of the legal services we provide are in Real Estate.
Wills and
Estates, is approximately 45% of our work. We will help you prepare
your Last Will and Testament. We will draw up papers for you to Probate
an Estate. If you are an executor in an estate we will assist you in finding
a Will, locating assets, getting assets released to you, distributing to
beneficiaries, preparing an Application for Transmission, and applying
for life insurance benefits, death benefits or pension benefits.
If you would like a
Living Will, to give instructions to your doctor, family and health care
workers, about how you would like your physical needs taken care of if
you become disabled, and what life support systems you would like, or would
like not to receive, we will help you prepare this document. We can also
help in estate planning by preparing your Power of Attorney document.
Need legal advice? Our office will help you with your legal needs to incorporate a company, or appear in court in a criminal case or lawsuit. For our business clients we do collections. In family or matrimonial matters, we prepare papers for you to file for Divorce, custody of children, or settle matrimonial property. We prepare Separation Agreements.

Tom Mountain obtained his Law Degree at the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, in
1977. Tom likes to curl and coach baseball.

Saskatoon, in 1978. Lee's hobbies include shooting High Level
Fireworks Displays, and chairing the
Spring Fever Lotto, the main fund raiser for the Prince of Wales
Cultural and Recreation Center, in Assiniboia.
